Few Moscatels surpass this example from Carlos Aliaga who has produced a superb wine, perfumed, long and sweet. Unusually for Spain this estate only markets wines from the estate and even more unusually Carlos uses no yeasts or winepress. This contributes to the purest possible expression of fruit accentuated by limited use of oak. A very concentrated late-picked sweet wine from a top estate.
