This blend of Semillon and Chardonnay is made in the 'high fruit' style so typical of Australian wines. An excellent fairly dry Australian wine with a big ripe fruit taste. Just off dry this wine has an attractive up-front fruity style. Fairly full, fruit driven Aussie, very drinkable! A blend of Semillon and Chardonnay grapes. Lightly oaked with strong fruity wine. The slight sweetness of the Semillon compliments the more dry flavours of the Chardonnay, good length and balance.
